Whose Work, and Which Service
Which service carries the work depends on the role that is open.
An Office Manager or Business-Office Person
We can carry the business-side duties they handled — payroll coordination, tracking vacation and bonuses, and similar owner-office work — as outsourced administration.
The Person Who Handles Insurance or Billing
We can take over the claims work inside your own software as insurance processing, along with patient billing if they handled that too.
Cover, Replace, or Keep Carrying It
You decide which of these you want, and that can change later.
- Cover the gap: We handle the agreed duties while you rebuild the role.
- Recruit and train a replacement: We help source candidates and train the person you hire. The hiring decision is the practice’s.
- Keep carrying it: If you would rather not rebuild the role, the duties Proveer takes on can continue as an ongoing service.
What Stays With the Practice
Proveer takes on agreed duties, not the whole role.
- Most of the work is delivered remotely. Where an engagement calls for on-site work, it is available within about one to two hours of Grand Rapids.
- Insurance and billing work is done remotely, inside your own software, and does not include on-site work or patient-facing front-desk work, such as answering phones or checking patients in and out. Your team stays the point of contact for patients.
- Proveer does not provide day-to-day, in-person management of a practice.
Scope and Quote
Before anything starts, we agree on which duties Proveer will carry, what stays with the practice, and whether the aim is a replacement or an ongoing arrangement, and you get a quote.
If the work continues, it is a monthly service: no long-term contract, and it can be canceled any month.
