Focused Engagements for One Situation in Your Practice
Engagements built around a specific problem or decision, each with a defined scope and a quote before work starts.
When Something in the Practice Needs Attention
Improving Collections
Whether collections look low or already strong, we examine A/R, claims, fees, write-offs, and network participation to find what could improve.
Office Procedures
How front-desk and business-office work gets done depends on who is doing it that day. We examine software settings, the front desk, scheduling, billing, and insurance, and show your team a better way to work.
When a Key Person Leaves
When an office manager or the person handling insurance or billing leaves, Proveer can cover the work, help recruit and train a replacement, or keep carrying it.
Practice Analysis
A review of the business side of the practice — operational processes, financial performance, and input from your team — ending in documented findings and recommendations.
Analysis Before a Big Decision
An outside analysis of a decision you are weighing, whether it is the first look or a second opinion. The decision stays with you. Proveer takes no commissions or referral fees from brokers, lenders, insurance networks or DSOs.
Network Participation Analysis
Joining, dropping, or staying in an insurance network, weighed in your practice’s own numbers: fees, write-offs, procedure frequencies, patient counts, and variable costs.
Practice Purchase Evaluation
An evaluation before you buy or take over a practice, built from the records you and the seller supply.
Dental Consulting
A defined engagement for a staffing, technology, growth, operational, or financial question.
How a Focused Engagement Works
A focused engagement starts from one situation in the practice. It can be a project that ends when the work is done, or, when a key person has left, cover that runs until you have rebuilt the role or decided to keep Proveer carrying the work.
Before anything starts, we agree on the scope with you: the question, the information to review, the work Proveer will perform, and the decisions that stay with the practice. Where the work produces something you keep — documented findings, recommendations, a written procedure — the scope says so.
Where a Project Can Lead
Each focused engagement is complete on its own. If a project turns up work beyond its scope, we will tell you what could come next, and you decide whether to take anything further on.
One option is Continued Support: Proveer’s ongoing practice management, carried on after the project.
