Management That Keeps Going
The business side of a practice competes with a full schedule. A review that was going to happen this month can happen next month instead, and a number nobody assembled is a number nobody acts on.
Ongoing management hands defined parts of that work to Proveer. The work gets done whether or not the office had time for it, and when it raises a decision, we bring you our analysis and a recommendation.

What the Engagement Can Include
What the engagement includes is agreed with each practice. It can include:
The Numbers, Assembled and Reviewed
A scorecard of the practice’s performance, put together whether or not anyone in the office had time to do it, and reviewed with you.
Process Reviews
Reviews of the front desk and of the team’s work across coding, insurance, billing, and scheduling, with what to change and why.
Capacity, Staffing, and Finances
Reviews of patient flow and schedule capacity, staffing levels, and the practice’s finances.
Marketing
An assessment of how well the practice’s marketing is working.
Planning and Questions
Strategic planning with the owner, and a place to take practice management questions as they come up.
Two Ways to Start
Some practices come to ongoing practice management after a focused engagement: when the work turns up more that should keep going, we suggest carrying it on, which we call Continued Support, and you decide whether to take it on.
Others start here, without a project first. Either way it is the same work, agreed with you and quoted for your practice.
Who This Is For
Ongoing management is for an owner who wants to hand off part of the business side: someone who wants a second set of eyes on the numbers and is prepared to let an outside team take on defined management responsibilities.
The size of the practice, the number of doctors or locations, the software in use, and revenue don’t decide it. An owner who would rather keep every part of practice management in their own hands is unlikely to get value from it — that is a legitimate way to run a practice, just not one this service fits.

Who You Work With
Proveer combines dental practice experience with engineering, financial analysis, and owner-operator judgment, and has worked with independent dental practices since 2008. Clients work with a small team led by Proveer’s founder, typically through a named client manager who learns the practice, its software, and its priorities.

Per practice. The quote depends on the work Proveer will carry for you, and we agree on the scope and the quote before anything starts.

Ongoing management that follows a focused engagement. When a project turns up work that should keep going, we suggest it and you decide whether to take it on. A practice can also start with ongoing management directly.
How do I get started?
Schedule a free consult. We will ask about your practice, practice management software, IT, and goals. You can ask us whatever you want to ensure Proveer is a good fit before you proceed.
How is this different from a one-time practice analysis?
A practice analysis is a single, comprehensive evaluation delivered with documented findings and recommendations. Ongoing management continues after the recommendations are made: Proveer keeps carrying the work agreed with you and keeps reviewing the numbers with you. A practice can begin with either.
Do you provide customized solutions for different practices?
Yes. The processes we use are consistent, but they are designed to produce solutions built around each practice’s own operations, software, and goals. Helping independent practices stay independent is the work we set out to do.
How long is the commitment?
Nothing Proveer does carries a long-term contract. Monthly services can be canceled any month if you don’t believe the value exceeds the cost, and focused engagements are scoped and quoted before they begin. That is how we have worked since our founding in 2008.
Do you work with practices outside the Grand Rapids area?
Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely, including for practices in West Michigan. Where an engagement calls for on-site work, it is available within about one to two hours of Grand Rapids. Proveer does not provide day-to-day, in-person management of a practice.
