What You Get
The scope names what you will receive. Depending on the practice and on what you want from the engagement, that can be showing your team a better way of doing the work and helping it stick, training for your staff, changes to your practice management software settings, written procedures where they help, or a mix of these.
We agree on the scope before work starts, and you get a quote.
After the Engagement
The engagement is complete on its own. If you want, follow-up can include periodic check-ins to see that the new way of working has held, and adjustments as the practice changes.
