We work with you to understand your dental practice’s needs. We then provide a proposal with deliverables, timeline, and fees. If it all sounds good, you give the green light and we get started.
When a Custom Engagement Makes Sense
Custom work covers Proveer’s analyses and consulting, and any defined need that does not fit a monthly plan.
- One service, not the bundle: You want a focused analysis, administrative responsibility, or consulting assignment scoped to one part of the practice.
- A combination the plans don’t cover: The mix of support you need sits between two monthly plans, or spans both the consulting and outsourced administration sides.
- A defined project with an end date: A one-time piece of work with a specific deliverable — not an ongoing engagement.
- A different level of involvement: You have staff in place and need Proveer alongside them rather than in place of them, or the reverse.
