INSURANCE PROCESSING FAQ

How exactly do you calculate the monthly fee for insurance processing?

The fee is based on the prior quarter’s average monthly insurance claim payments. For example, if during the prior quarter your practice averaged $100k monthly production and $80k collections with $50k of collections paid by insurance companies, our monthly fee is 3.5% of $50k = $1750.

What does the setup fee cover?

The setup fee covers the initial onboarding process, including system integration, training, and establishing your practice's specific workflow.

What happens if a claim is denied?

Our service includes thorough denial management. We investigate denied claims, identify the reasons for denial, and take the necessary steps to resubmit or appeal them. We work diligently to maximize your collections.

Proveer can help you increase collections and reduce administrative hassles and expense.
